NEAD RADIO ANNOUNCEMENT- 6/09/16.

To: All Schools, School head teachers, School principals, Education Authorities, parents and guidance.

1. Student Transfers- No student is allowed to transfer in or out of any schools as of 31st August 2016. This applies to ALL levels i.e.; Std 6, Form 3, form 5 and form 6. Withdrawal of students is also closed. After this date you will not be refunded your tuition fees.

2. Exam Timetable- Confirmed Exam Timetable dates are now available at NEAD office and EA’s and MEHRD website. Please collect.

3. Late Mark Submission- All projects marks are due already. Please if you still hold onto your schools projects marks except for Computer Study which is due 9th September, please submit to NEAD as soon as possible.

4. Late Enrolment Lists- Principals or head teachers failing to submit their enrolment lists will be reported to EA’s for appropriate actions as stipulated in the Teaching Service Handbook, 2011, as enrolments are now closed 31st August.

5. Project Samples- All F 6 project samples are due end of August 2016/ SBA tasks are due end of September 2016. The rest of the subjects will depend on the students’ total enrolment. NEAD will do the selection and advice you which ones to submit to us. For English CAT, it requires only 3 samples. Method of selection; 1 top, 1 middle and 1 bottom.

6. Design Tech Direct Moderation- A design Technology moderator will do a direct moderation to all Form 5s and form 6s Schools. A confirmed date will be given later for your schools by NEAD. For Choiseul and Western Schools, Mr Sidney Takubala will do the direct moderations any time this month and early next month so be prepared.
